Better habits,
built together.
Build lasting habits through simple, science-backed 30-day challenges alongside people who actually show up.
What it means to be “Betterish”
Betterish is a community for people who want to grow. Not perfectly, but intentionally. Each month, we take on 30-day challenges that help build identity-based habits. These are small, meaningful actions that lead to lasting change.
This isn’t about becoming your ideal self overnight. It’s about showing up, and tracking what matters. Because growth isn’t linear. And that’s okay. We’re not aiming for perfect. We’re aiming for “better-ish”.
FAQs
Is this free?
Yep, totally free to join. Betterish is a passion project, not a profit machine. We’re building a community where people can grow together without paywalls or pressure. Just show up, join a challenge, and start making better feel easier.
How will I join challenges?
Once you join, you will be invited to a slack channel where you will meet other likeminded professionals looking to make a change. This is where you will also be broken out into smaller groups for accountability during the challenges.
When does the first challenge start?
We’re kicking things off soon. If all goes smoothly, we should have you in the community, paired with your team, and ready to go before June 1. You’ll get plenty of notice before we launch, including the experiment details, start date, and how to get grouped with others.
Will I need anything to participate?
No special tools or trackers required. Just a mindset ready to collaborate, determination to change, and a willingness to try something small consistently.
Can I invite someone else to join?
Absolutely. Growth is better with people you trust. If you know someone who’d love this, feel free to send them to betterish.life or have them connect with Spencer Gray on LinkedIn.
Optimizing for a Better Life
Spencer isn’t a life coach. He’s not here to sell hacks, hype, or hustle culture. He’s someone who’s spent years studying what actually makes people take action. Whether that’s in his marketing role as a CRO specialist optimizing websites, or as a regular human trying to change his own habits.
Betterish is the result of his curiosity of what happens when growth-minded people can stop trying to overhaul everything and instead focus on becoming just a little better together.
